An email address default value can be configured in Business Management Forms (BMS) as follows:
- Go to Form Management page
- Select a relevant BMS form to modify
- Click Edit, or use the mouse right click to modify an existing form
- In the attribute editor window, add a new field to the form
- Define the attribute type as “Email”
- Provide a name to the email address field
- Choose a parent layout group (optional)
- Define the default value (for a default email address)
- Set the options Hidden-on-Client and Read-only
- Click Save
